An update on Senate bill negotiations: During a 2-hour call Sunday, Sens. Cruz, Cantwell and Schmitt continued negotiations with six conference commissioners and Notre Dame AD Pete Bevacqua, sources tell @YahooSports, committing to finalize revised bill language today.
