This is actually correct. OU could have chosen to play at night on Saturday. But it’s my understanding that with a quick turnaround playing Michigan at 11 a.m. CT the next week and with the Oklahoma heat in Sept (even at night), it preferred to just play at night on Friday.

I talked to Mateer a couple of days ago at Manning Passing Academy. I actually asked him if he lost weight because of how lean he looked. He said he hasn’t lost or gained any weight. Just in better shape. “I’m in the best shape of my life, for sure.”

These are the top 3 defensive recruits in the state of Utah. Krew Jones (center) and Bode Sparrow (right) are now committed to the #Sooners. Oklahoma can make it a clean 3-for-3 sweep in the Beehive State by beating out BYU to land Uhila Wolfgramm (left). Talk about a takeover.

When watching tape of OU's newest commitment @bode_sparrow , a long-time NFL #Sooners standout came to mind. Largely because of his frame and intelligence, Sparrow sees the field, so, so well and I love how he attacks the play without hesitation.
